Soon, they added a collect report to my credit record. They took my money and sold my personal information to a collection company and tarnished my credit record. We moved into the Serramonte Ridge apartments 7 months ago. The apartments are very nice and the best priced we have found in a long time with close proximity to the San Francisco and Half Moon Bay. We have had great interactions with the management, which we suggest you run any and all questions by if you have already talk to their sales reps .

The lack of communication with the management office lead to last minute notices of painting in the halls, redoing our patios or carports. Which made living a challenge but the management did what they could to keep us posted. All in all these apartments have been fantastic! If you are looking for a great place, good location and helpful management that are on the premise 7 days a week then this is your place.
